1. The air compressor should be parked away from steam, gas, and dust. The air inlet pipe should be equipped with a filter device. After the air compressor is in place, use spacers to wedge it symmetrically.
2. Always keep the outside of the storage tank clean. Welding or thermal processing near the gas storage tank is prohibited. The gas storage tank should be subjected to a hydraulic pressure test once a year, and the test pressure should be 1.5 times the working pressure. The air pressure gauge and safety valve should be inspected once a year.
3. Operators should receive special training and must fully understand the structure, performance, and functions of the screw air compressor and ancillary equipment, and be familiar with the operation and maintenance procedures.
4. Operators should wear work clothes, and lesbians should put their braids into their work caps. It is strictly prohibited to operate under the influence of alcohol, engage in matters unrelated to operation, leave the work station without authorization, and decide on non-local operators to take over the work without authorization.
5. Before starting the air compressor, make inspections and preparations as required, and be sure to open all valves on the air storage tank. After starting, the diesel engine must perform heating operation at low speed, medium speed, and rated speed. Pay attention to whether the readings of each instrument are normal before running with load. The screw air compressor should be started with gradually increasing load, and can be operated at full load only after all parts are normal.
6. During the operation of the air compressor, always pay attention to the instrument readings (especially the readings of the air pressure gauge) and listen to the sound of each unit. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection. The maximum air pressure in the gas storage tank must not exceed the pressure specified on the nameplate. Every 2 to 4 hours of work, the condensed oil and water discharge valves of the inter-cooler and air storage tank should be opened 1 to 2 times. Do a good job in cleaning the machine. Do not flush the screw air compressor with cold water after long-term operation.
