2. Clean the oil filter and fuel tank regularly
Impurities in the hydraulic oil will not only cause hydraulic valve failure, but also increase the wear of hydraulic components such as oil pumps and hydraulic motors. Therefore, a suction oil filter and a return oil filter are installed on the structure. However, since hydraulic components will wear out during work, and impurities may occasionally be introduced when adding hydraulic oil, regular cleaning of the oil tank and oil filter is the key to ensuring clean oil, preventing hydraulic system failure, and extending the life of hydraulic components.
3. Clean the oil mist device and add lubricating oil promptly
The down-the-hole drilling rig uses an impactor to achieve impact drilling. Good lubrication is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of the impactor. Since compressed air often contains moisture and the pipelines are not clean, a certain amount of moisture and impurities often remain at the bottom of the lubricator after being used for a period of time. All of the above will affect the lubrication and life of the impactor. Therefore, when the lubricator is found When oil does not come out or there is moisture and impurities in the oil mist device, they should be removed in time.
4. Carry out running-in and oil replacement of diesel engine
The diesel engine is the source of power for the entire hydraulic system. It directly affects the climbing ability, propulsion (lifting) force, rotation torque and rock drilling efficiency of the drilling rig. Timely maintenance and upkeep are the prerequisite for the drilling rig to achieve optimal efficiency.
5. Clean the air filter to prevent the diesel engine from pulling the cylinder
The dust generated by the down-the-hole drilling rig will have a serious impact on the work and life of the diesel engine. Therefore, it is very necessary to set up a two-stage air filter in the structure (the first stage is a dry paper core air filter, and the second stage is an oil-immersed air filter). In addition, it is necessary to increase the diesel engine input Air duct, try to prevent dust, etc. from entering the body and causing wear and cylinder pull, extending the service life of the diesel engine. The down-the-hole drilling rig must be cleaned after working for a period of time.
