Usually, the oil-injected screw air compressor contains the following systems:
① Power system;
The power system of the air compressor refers to the prime mover and transmission device. The prime movers of the air compressor are mainly electric motors and diesel engines.
There are many transmission methods for screw air compressors, including belt drive, gear drive, direct drive, integrated shaft drive, etc.
② Host;
The host of the oil-injected screw air compressor is the core of the whole set, including the compression host and its related accessories, such as oil cut-off valve, check valve, etc.
The screw hosts on the market are currently divided into single-stage compression and two-stage compression based on the working principle.
The difference in principle is: single-stage compression has only one compression process, that is, the gas is sucked in to the discharge and the compression process is completed by a pair of rotors. The two-stage compression is to cool the compressed gas after the compression of the first-stage compression host is completed, and then send it to the second-stage compression host for further compression.

③ Intake system;
The air compressor intake system mainly refers to the compressor inhaling the atmosphere and its related control components. It usually consists of two parts: the intake filter unit and the intake valve group.

④Cooling system;
There are two cooling methods for air compressors: air cooling and water cooling.
The media that need to be cooled in air compressors are compressed air and cooling oil (or air compressor oil, lubricating oil, and coolant are all the same). The latter is the most critical, and it is the key to whether the entire unit can operate continuously and stably.

⑤Oil-gas separation system;
The function of the oil-gas separation system: to separate oil and gas, leaving the oil in the body for continued circulation, and the pure compressed air is discharged.
Workflow: The oil-gas mixture from the main engine exhaust port enters the oil-gas separation tank space. After airflow collision and gravity, most of the oil gathers in the lower part of the tank, and then enters the oil cooler for cooling. Compressed air containing a small amount of lubricating oil passes through the oil-gas separator core, so that the lubricating oil is fully recovered and flows into the low-pressure part of the main engine through the throttling check valve.

⑥Control system;
The control system of the air compressor includes a logic controller, various sensors, an electronic control part, and other control components.

⑦Accessories such as silencer, shock absorber, and ventilation..
